WAYLAND 81.5, WESTON 62.5: Jamie Mordas was a triple winner
for Wayland to to help lead the Warriors to a Dual County League victory over
visiting Weston.
Mordas won the high jump (5 feet, 8 inches), the 110-meter hurdles (16.3) and
the 400 hurdles (1:07.3) and Dylan Sullivan won the pole vault (11 feet) and
discus (81-0) for Wayland. For Weston (2-1, 2-1 DCL), freshman Matt Herzig won
the mile (5:13) and 2-mile (11:14), Geoffrey Pendergast won the 800 (2:08.4) and
Jonathan Dieujuste won the javelin (129-8).
